Agadexo:—Designed to Promote Well-Being at Work
Somewhere between active and passive, Agadexo is the first semi-active device with integrated intelligence that helps reduce muscle strain in the shoulders when they are subjected to repetitive and demanding tasks. This device also does not have the same effect on shoulder pain caused by the strain of carrying loads throughout the day. Agadexo is the ultimate solution for relief while boosting productivity. Ready for the challenge?
Agadexo Product Information
For manual labor, agricultural tasks, and all other applications that require increased exertion of the arms and upper back, the Agadexo is the Italian that perfectly meets—and even exceeds—your expectations. It’s that simple. With the Hilti Exo-S and Auxivo Omnisuit—two passive arm systems—Agadexo incorporates artificial intelligence capable of recognizing and automatically assisting with operations and other activities. Thanks to sensor-equipped wristbands with an AI algorithm, activates automatically and only when you lift or lower a load. This ensures assistance is provided as needed. In fact, AIA uses machine learning algorithms trained on data collected during simulations and tests at partner companies. In addition, semi-active actuators—which combine a flexible mechanism with an electric motor—minimize energy consumption while reducing the weight of the motors and batteries and improving comfort. In terms of ergonomics, Agadexo is no slouch, as its carbon fiber design guarantees true freedom of movement, maximum durability, and unmatched lightness. That’s not all, as our—certified by ISO-EAWS Fondazione Ergo—features a simple control interface that you can use to customize the device for maximum comfort during operation and control.Agadexo proves to be a true asset in supporting manual operations carried out by operators in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. With Agadexo, you can lift, transport, and lower loads of up to 25 kg. Want to discover other models? Here you go. Our comparison.
Agadexo test
Agadexo was developed in close collaboration with the Italian company Agade, which was able to test it from the very first prototype to determine its key features. To this end, companies such as LO Servizi Logistici, Leroy Merlin, and Brembo collaborated to develop the final version of the device and conduct functional tests. With Agadexo, you effectively reduce muscle activation during repetitive tasks. Thus, muscle strain while holding static loads is reduced by 40%. Dynamic movements, such as lifting and lowering loads of up to 13 kg, are reduced by 20 to 30%.In summary, the Agadexo test demonstrates that its use provides maximum support for improving health and safety at work—particularly during demanding and repetitive tasks—and for preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).Agadexo is available in sizes M/L and S/M, with height settings ranging from 160 to 200 cm.
