A sensor system continuously measures knee flexion and the rate of change in the knee angle. This allows the Ottobock C-Brace exoskeleton to identify the gait phase the user is in.Thus, the Ottobock C-Brace adjusts hydraulic resistance and controls flexion as the knee extends.
